CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests within 12 hours are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours as they are processed for dispatch.
  • Requests beyond this window may be considered only in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect pricing or stock unavailability
  • Violation of our terms

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Note:
Cancellation is not applicable for bulk, custom, or special orders.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items),
we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.


DAMAGED / INCORRECT PRODUCT

In the unlikely event that you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • An incorrect item

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory if packaging is damaged)

RESOLUTION PROCESS

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (if replacement is not feasible)

All cases are reviewed individually after verification.


REFUND PROCESS
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for refund
  • Proper photo/video proof is required for claims
  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to product nature
